resizing windows

Everytime I open a window it is in minimized size, how do I adjust the
settings so that windows always opens in full size?

Hi

Try this:

Drag the window to the size you wnat it - do not use Maximize - than close
that window using File>Close/Exit.

For most of your icons/program menu items, right click on it, select
Properties, use the Shortcut tab, and make your choice in the Run: dropdown
list - minimized, maximized, normal window.
