Resizing the taskbar

My taskbar has suddenly doubled in height and I am unable to resize it
to get it back to normal size. What is going on?

Right click on the Taskbar, is it locked?
If so un-lock and resize, then lock it again.

Hi, Sharon,

Try dragging the double arrow to the right and slightly down.

This usually works, buy no guarantees,

Well, I figured out what doubled the size. I clicked on the Quick Launch
Tool bar and when that is selected the task bar doubles in height. When
it is unchecked the task bar goes back to normal height.

As I already mention in my website that video can take a little bit time to
load because of its size. Approx 30 sec. on a broadband or 2 mins. on a
dialup internet connection.

I don't think that it is needed in Windows XP but you can download the Adobe
ShockPlayer from:
http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/triggerpages_mmcom/default.html

If still unable to watch the video then try this:

1. Right-click on an empty area of the Taskbar, point to Toolbar and uncheck
any toolbar listed.
2. You will notice that your Taskbar will back to normal automatically.
Now, again make a check mark on the same toolbar (maybe Quick Launch). The
taskbar will again resize itself to double.
3. So the problem is with the arrow on the both sides of that toolbar. Look
carefully and you will see '|' this kind of lines. Try playing with those
lines and try setting them to left and right side of that toolbar.

Hope this help, let us know!
