resizing the screen

When I open new web pages, they don't open to full screen size, and I have to
click on the full screen box in the upper right to enlarge it. How do I get
the new windows or pages to always open to full screen size?

You can't! IE will not 'remember' closing 'maximised'
(only Bill knows why).

What you can do is to DRAG it to (near) full size, and
then File>Close this it WILL then remember on future
opens!

First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window
and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using File>Close,
or File>Exit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember
the last screen size used the next time you open the program.
