resize the system configuration window

i look at the startup folder in the system configuration utility window
often. i just don't like to have to scroll down. is there a way to edit
some file to get the window longer each time it opens? i usually cut and
paste it into a word doc so i can look at it.

I dont think there is anyway we can resize system config window(still
searching), but i have a question. How do you cut and paste it into a
word document ??(just wondering !!)
