I need to expand/resize my "C:\" drive. No more room.
I have: C= 10gb D= 10gb and about 20GB unallocated.
Can the C drive be resized without corrupting WinXP pro ?
If it can be resized, How?
thanks

If both C:\ and D:\ are part of the same hard drive, look at utilities like
Partition Magic. These utilities can "combine"/resize/move partitions.
However, it is recommended to back up important files.

With the cost of hard drives nowadays, have you considered replacing the
"small" hard drive???

Can Partition Magic be installed on the C partition for resizing or another
partition? Or does it run from the CD player?
Yes, C, D and unallocated are all from one 40gb HD. Yes I will get a
new-bigger HD soon.
