Resetting offline files

Hi

We have many laptops using My Documents offline. We want
to move the home directory but the Make Available Offline
option is greyed out so we can't desynchronise the laptop.

Does anyone know why this happens? How can I re-initialise
Offline Files without re-installing the laptop?
