Resetting "End" "Home" After Deleting Rows

After I have deleted rows at the bottom of a worksheet and then type "End" "Home", the cursor goes to the row that was the bottom before the rows were deleted. What do I need to do the reset the worksheet so the the last row used becomes the bottom of the worksheet? The same would apply to deleting columns at the right of the worksheet.
