Help!

I'm trying to resolve a problem with my Win XP Pro setup by working via
email with a MS Windows Update Support Professional. We seem to have
serious time zone and language problems.

This morning I got an email telling me to "save the file" he attached,
and invoke it. But, of course, he forgot to attach the file. This
nonsense has been going on for nearly a week.

Has anyone the file or a URL where I can find it? I searhed the MS help
database and came up with nothing.

The file:

Reset_subinacl.ZIP

It is supposed to contain two files, reset.cmd and suninacl.exe

Thanks!

I've never received a file from MS Tech Support. They always send me a
link. So double check the email for a link but if it's not there, then,
(sorry) but the best suggestion I have is to write back to the tech and
tell him that you did not receive the file.
