Reset Region on DVD Player

I am trying to play a DVD on my system, and I am getting
an error message telling me that I need to reset the
region on my DVD player. Can anyone tell me how to do
this? Thanks!
 
You may change the region 5 times. After that it has to go back to the
manufacturer's to be reset. Read the manual that came with the drive for
further instructions.
