Reset password for all users in OU

Hi

How do i reset the password of all users in an OU to a
common password with the option of lettting them change it
at the next logon.

With reference to what an OU is is Organizational Unit it
is part of the Active Directory in Windows 2000

Reference to the password situation I have not come across
this my server
