Reset Outlook for new user

We have employees come and go occasionaly. i would like someone to recommend
the best method to reset the Outlook Mail Client for a new user. Users on my
network do not have individual profiles when they log into their workstation,
so a new profile is not the solution I am looking for. Basically i would
like to reset Outlook to its original condition. If I add a new email
account and delete the oldone, the previous user's email is still in there.

Please Advise
 
regardless of what you are doing on your network, outlook DOES use profiles
stored on the local machine, go start/settings/control panel/mail and delete
the profile there
