I was trying to organize multiple email addresses in outlook 2007 and ended
up deleting the original data file, I added new folders, and eventually
royally screwed things up. I tried uninstalling office and reinstalling, but
that didn't take care of the problem. Is it possible to revert back to the
original data configuration so that I can start over?

Assuming I can start over, it is possible to have multiple emails in use in
one version of outlook that organized by name and all offfer the subset of
folders like "inbox," "junk," etc?

no need to uninstall - go to control panel, mail applet and make a new
profile. if you delete the existing one, for best results, use a different
name for the new one.

unless you use imap accounts you'll need to use rules to move messages based
on accounts - but you can only have 1 junk email folder.
