Reserved Error (-1517)"

I am getting this error "Reserved Error (-1517)" regularly on one machine
in my network.

I have been unable to find any help about this error. does anyone know
what this is about or where I can look for help.

I am getting this error "Reserved Error (-1517)" regularly on one machine
in my network.

I've noticed this problem several times when I've added a foreign key
to a table in the backend which was inserted into the middle of a
table. Everything would work fine for days or weeks until the backend
was compacted. Then the FE would puke with the -1517 error you
mentioned whenever that particular table was accessed. But deleting
the link and recreating the link made it work again.

Googling on Access 1517 error found my page. Trouble is you have to
remove the - from in front of 1517.

I had compressed the front and backends and the error stopped coming for a
while. Deleting the link and rebuilding it worked.
