resending bounce back emais

I recieve notices of bounced emails, with the email as an attachment. Our
office policy is to resend these messages once, and then notify the client of
those that bounce a second time.

Resending means opening the attachment, and forwarding after pasting the
address from the error notice and stripping the FW: prefix in the subject.

Is there any way to automate this?

No, but you could do that more easy by going to the original message and
just resend it from there.

We don't send the original notice, or have access to that server.
