What happened to the resend feature in Windows Mail? How does one resend an
e-mail without having to copy and paste?

You can always Forward it...
But I also miss the "resend" or "send as new" option...

OE never had that function. It has been requested for about 10 years now.

OE has never had a resend feature. It was much requested by
beta testers over the years, but MS caters only to the lowest
common denominator.
