Hi Val sorry but neen more info is this a new PC did you
buy,it from a shop or second hand and what if any disk
did you get with it , was XP pre installed on Pc
What did your manufacturer include for instructions? Most provide some means
of reinstalling, usually from a hidden partition on the hard drive. Your
user manual should provide pertinent instructions.
If you paid for XP. Then demand that your shop supply the MS CD.
