Required fields not working in form.

I have a table with fields set to Required - Yes and Allow Zero Length - No.
When I create an input form linked to that table and fields, I can skip over
any field I want to without an error. However, when I look at the table
afterwards, none of the data was entered.
 
Do you close your form using the Close action/method?

If so, you have struck this very old bug:

It amazes me that 12 years after Access was first released, it still loses
your data like this, and people are still being hurt by these same unfixed
flaws.
