Required field notation

When building forms, is there an automated way for field lables to have a
notation to show that the field is a "required field"?
 
What version of Access? There's no way that I'm aware of in Access 2003 or
older, but I haven't checked Access 2007.
 
I am using Access 2007 and we have already build several forms and would
prefer not to have to go through each form to change the lables to note when
the field is required.
