Request to allow unknown applications

I have three Windows Antispyware Notices from the application each time I
login to one of the accounts on my system. They require I either allow or
block them. The system test clean for scans so I am kind of wondering which
to do.

The first say "A Windows Shell Browser requires your approval" but there is
no name.

The second say "An Internet Explorer Web Browser object requires your
approval" but again no name.

The last one say "A startup program p requires your approval".
Name: p
Path: p

Per the program there is not prgram in my start up with "P" as the name.
All the programs in my start are either "spyware free" per the applcation or
know to me like like the Messenger Plus! 3 without the sponser.

Any clue how to determine what they are?

Regards,
John

I have the same problem, specifically the Notice about the "Internet Explorer
Web Browser Object." It only occurs (as far as I recall) when I log into my
limited account, not on the admisistrative account. Of course my PC is for
home use and only has those 2 accounts on it. But this is disconcerting,
because MSAS does not tell you which (name) browser object needs permission.
I have tried looking in tools, but find nothing that helps. I assume it's
something benign, but if it was spyware I would never know it. It can tell
you the name of installed toold bars, etc. I wonder why it cannot tell you the
name of this BO?

Well my original problem was the pop up requesting to allow the objects
either does not give a name at all or gives a name that does not seem to
match anything on my system. So I don't see how going to the enable/disable
add-on will help.

In regards to "Old Rebel" port I have both accounts in admin mode so that
does not seem to affect anything.
