i can just about guarantee that nobody has a clue what you're after with
this request. asking for an "example" form is useless; the examples of
access forms are literally countless, limited only by the developer's
imagination. ditto for "source code", by which i assume you mean VBA code.
if you want help with something specific, ask a specific question. there are
plenty of skilled developers here who will be willing to help you solve a
specific Access development problem.
You will have to expand on what you mean. There is just TONS of examples of
ms-access on the web, and 99% of these examples come with source code that
is completely open and free for you to use.....
