request delivery and read receipts for a specific contact

Is it possible to request delivery and read receipts for a specific contact
by default, without having to check the boxes for each email sent?
 
You can try doing that with the Rules Wizard.
 
Thank you. Your suggestion pointed me in the right direction. By making a
custom rule starting with "Check messages after they are sent", I was able to
specify a specific contact, and then check boxes for the notifications I
wanted.
