REQ: Question On My Konica Minolta Pagepro 1350W Laser Printer

My Pagepro 1350W (laser) is acting peculiar.

I have a 50-page document that I want to print. I printed the first
15 pages as a test and it printed fine. So I set up to print pages
16-50. The computer shows that the printing is being set up (and the
printer window says 'printing....', but then it quits without printing
at all. And in fact the task disappears from the printer window as if
it were completed. I re-tried printing just page 15, and it printed
fine. I re-tried printing just page 16, and it failed as before.

I tried changing the printer's properties in different ways (less ink,
less resolution, etc) all to no avail.

I tried printing pages 16-30 on my HP950 ALL-IN-ONE, and it printed
all the pages just fine.

My 1350W is reatively new, and I don't think I ever tried to print
beyond 15 pages before. So this may be a first for that.

What could be wrong?

Thanks

It could be a bad command in the printed document that "blows up" the
print driver, of a very complex page that goes beyond the installed
printer memory to hold and print.

Or, maybe Konica was superstitious about the number 16. ;-)

I didn't know a command could do that, but maybe so. The
superstitious idea may have credence. All I know is my other two
deskjets printed page 16 fine. Weird. I plan to repeat on another
document sometime.

Thanks for your response. I hope my post made your day.
