[REQUEST] Pop Up Message for Expired Date

I Would like to request if somebody can modify the attached Ms Access File.

I want, if the 'Visa Expiry Date' will reach the present date it will automatically state on 'Validity Note' "Expired" if not it will remain "Active".

Also If somebody can modify this Program that will launch a pop up message that the 'Validity Note' is "Expired"..
