REQ: How to get Maximized Outlook Express Windows?

I open Outlook Express, then select a mailbox. Then I select an
email. The ensuing window is small. Then I hit 'reply' to do a reply
and I get still another small window. This happens even if I maximize
the in email first. A lot of extra key strokes!

How can I force OE to always open up a maximized window?

Drag the corner of the window to the size you want.

Hit reply and when the small window opens, drag it to be the size you want -
even up to full screen. Then close the window by hitting the cross and then
hit reply again and it should be the size you have set (Hopefully).
