I would be very grateful for any e-book, PDF or HML page about Microsoft
Windows 2000 and 2003 SERVER. This is my first time I will use it, so
anything "for Dummies" or like that would be more than perfect to start

The Que publication: "Using Windows 2000 Professional" is still a great
in-depth resource. You should be able to find it at most stores.
