Not according to the licence limitations set forth in the OEM EULA for
Vista. However, you like everyone else on this earth were gifted with a
mind capable of independent thought. Therefore, you certainly do have
the capability and will to decide this on your own and not let some huge
corporate behemoth tell you what you are and are not allowed to do in
the privacy of your home for non-commercial purposes.
