Repost - OLE Server or ActiveX control error Help

I'm new to Access 2003. I am developing an application in Access 2003 and
have encountered this error message: "Unable to connect to OLE Server or
ActiveX control". Is there a switch that can turned off to prevent his in the
future? What is the work around or fix for this problem? It happens when
navigating between records in a first level subform.

I've had a similar problem. It appears the database is corrupt. The only way
I could correct the problem was to create a new blank database and import the
original tables, forms etc into it.
