Repost: MP3 Resizer

Can someone please post the link to the MP3 Resizer? I believe if I
understand correctly that it can resize MP3's to one third thier original
size without loss of quality?

I don't know MP3 Resizer but I doubt it (or any other software) can do what
you want.
As far as I know you can re-encode your mp3's at lower bitrates, but
everytime you do you get loss of quality.

Anyway, if this is ok for you, I think razorlame can do it.
