reposition the detail section

I am trying to arrange report output in a very specific
spacing layout so that it can print off onto a form.

Is there a way to have the DETAIL section printout prior
to the header section? In otherwords can I "move" the
entire DETAIL section before the header section?

My source query is ID, lastname, sequence1, code2.
My report grouping is by ID.
Then it is grouped by sequence1.
I draggged the sequence1 up into the header section that
holds lastname.
A sequence1 can be associated with several code2.
But I need the code2 to physically print above sequence1
on the printout.

I tried to drag the detail section that contains

Use a group footer instead of a group header?

I don't understand. Won't placing the sequence1 text box in
the sequence1 group footer section achieve the effect you
want?
