Reports in Switchboard

Does anyone know how to add the build a report command button in the
Switchboard?
 
Create a macro that calls the Report Wizard, then link the Macro to a
switchboard entry.
The macro's Action is "RunCommand" and the Argument is "NewObjectReport"
