Reports/Graphs Open template not database

Sometimes when I open my reports they open as the graph template instead of
my saved report graph, which is tied to a query. When I close and reopen it
seems to work fine, Any ideas?

Me again,
I must run the query, close it and then my report will show the proper
graph. Am I needing an automated update here?
