Reports come out unformatted

I have a weird issue where some of my users view a report just fine but
the same report on another PC the report columns look to be not wide
enough cutting off some of the information in each column. All my
users use access via a Citrix connection and dont have access to the
desktop so they are unlikley to have changed anything settings wise.
It is plan weird.

Check whether each user has the same a.) default printer set for the Citrix
session and b.) whether they are running at the same screen resolution.
Default printer selection which influences margin requirements for a report
can impact preview in the manner you've described. You'd need to design
your report for the widest default margins used.
