Reporting

hi all,
can you tell me if it is possible to print a report from the outlook
calendar using the number of people and the time that has been scheduled?
For example if I have one resource, is it possible to see how many people
used this resource in a particular month and by how long in total it was
scheduled for?

Does number of people mean total attendees or just how many scheduled it for
meetings? Tallying the total attendees would be hard but you can get data
on how many times it was scheduled, by whom and for how long.

Create a custom view with the fields you need and print. You can also copy
or export a period to excel and do sums etc.
See http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/copyto/excel.htm for one method of
getting outlook data into excel.

Hi Diane,
Thank you so much for your reply. I tried that link but it didn't work for
me. When I tried to Ctrl C & Ctrl V the system did not recognise the request?

I do believe there will be a bit of work involved regarding how many
scheduled this resource but if I can get it into a reporting system I will be
able to calculate it myself. Any other suggestions?
Again thanks

The link is valid - what happened when you tried it?

What view are you using and where are you clicking Ctrl+C? You need to copy
the list view (aka table view) in Outlook and paste it into Excel. You can
also export to Excel.
