Reporting Tool

I am working on a database for an insurance company. Currently, they have an
Excel worksheet that has columns with the different plans that they offer
which they show to the client. The current report/presentation shows the
current plan on the left, and then offered plans to the right, so it goes
from left to right. Unfortunately, I am unable to recreate that same type of
report in Access. I can put the current report on top and show the offered
plans below, but they really want it the other way.

Is there a reporting tool that will allow me to do a report that shows
information from left to right?

You haven't told us anything about your tables and fields and relationships.
I expect you could use some type of crosstab query and report but you haven't
provided enough information.
