Reporting printing distorted

I have a user that when she prints one report it looks distorted (the letters
in the words are all jumbled together. When I print the report it looks
fine, and when this user prints other reports they are fine.

Would this be an issue with the printer driver or some setting on the
individual report.

We have encountered that problem before and it was a print driver
issue. I believe the solution was to use the Windows driver instead of
(in our case) the HP driver.
