reporting bugs to Microsoft?

I found what I feel is a bug in Internet Explorer's javascript, and I was
wondering if anybody knows how I can report the bug. I'm not sure if
Microsoft even cares, as it may be a rather obscure situation, but I was able
to reproduce it, and even know what the problem probably is. I will post an
explanation of the problem to my own site when I get home, but I'd like to
also report it so maybe it can actually be addressed.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
