My report has multiple columns. one of the columns has only two
values- either 1 or 2. I want to extract only those records into exel
where the column has value of 1. Is there anyway to set the criteria
in the report?
 
You can set the Filter property and turn it on. You can also view the
report's record source in design view and set the criteria there.
