Hello All:
Can somebody point me to a link or help me with creating a report with
the following scenario...

i have one parent table with many child tables with one to many
relationship. How do i create a report which gives me information abt
the parent table and its associated child values.
Currently the query i have generates a lot of data with each
combination of child table with other child tables.

Perhaps you should look at subreports for the child tables, linked on the
foreign keys. Sub reports are handled in the same way that subforms are.
There are examples of both in the Northwind sample database that comes with
Access.
