I HAVE MICROSOFT PROFESSIONAL OFFICE XP ACCESS 2002 AND MY
OPERATING SYSTEM IS MICROSOFT 2000. WHEN I AM IN THE
REPORT WIZARD IN ACCESS IT DOES NOT GIVE ME THE ICON THAT
SAYS SUMMARY OPTIONS-- ON THE SORT ORDER AND SUMMARY
INFORMATION SCREEN. WHY IS THIS?? I CAN NOT GET ANY
SUMS/TOTALS OF MY COLUMNS USING THE WIZARD.

ALSO WHEN I USE DESIGN VIEW FOR REPORTS I DON'T UNDERSTAND
HOW TO GET A COLUMN TO TOTAL.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP.

THANK YOU,

ANNETTE

Please find and use your caps lock and shift key(s). It is considered
SHOUTING when you type in all caps.

Does your report's record source contain any numeric fields?

You can add a text box to your report footer and set its control source to
something like:
=Sum([YourNumericField])
