Report with information cross the page

Can someone please help me with this?

I have a query holds data like below:

Type Amount Year Period
A 1 2008 11
B 2 2008 11
C 3 2008 11
A 4 2008 12
B 5 2008 12
C 6 2008 12
A 7 2009 1
B 8 2009 1
C 9 2009 1
A 10 2009 2
B 11 2009 2
C 12 2009 2

and I would like to make it into a report looks like this:

Year 2008 2008 2009 2009
Period 11 12 1 2
A 1 4 7 10
B 2 5 8 11
C 3 6 9 12

Basically go across the page.

Use the query wizard to create a Crosstab Query, using Year as the column
header and Type as the row header; use First as the aggregate function.
