Report produc after the printing of a Word document

Why am I receiving a report after the printing of a Word document?

I did not change any printer settings.
 
At a guess, you've got "Document properties" checked on the Print tab of
Tools | Options. If this is not the problem (that is, it's some other kind
of report), then it's probably due to a setting in your printer Properties.
