Report Page Total

I have a report that list all the vendors we use with the date we purchased
from them and the total for that date. What I need is to total the amount
spent per vendor.

Ex.
Vendor Date Total
Sears 01/01/06 $13,000
Sears 01/08/06 $10,000
Sears 01/09/06 $80,000
Home Depot 01/05/06 $15,000
Home Depot 01/11/06 $11,000

I need to have a total for Sears, Home Depot, etc....Not the total for the
day. Is there an easy way to do this?

In the Report add a Group by the Vendor.

View / Sorting and Grouping

Add the Group Footer, then sum the total field in that footer.

=Sum(Total)
