Report over Crosstab qry

Hi everyone
I have a report over a crosstab qry that shows me some
values for each group (department) for all year from Jan
till Dec. So far i have values on almost all months except
Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec. How can multiply some value by the
number of months that has a value? That is great that 0.
Carefull, cose some records has values from Mar or Apr and
not from Jan.

What are your column and row headings Depts or Months or other?
Could you type a few example rows into an email and explain with a little
more detail?
