Hello--

I have a table with 500 records. I need to create a loop that tells access
to:
(1) pull the first record from the table,
(2) merge it into a repot,
(3) export the file as a snapshot (SNP) using a file name from one of the
fields in the record,
(4) repeat process until each record is done.

End result should be 500 unique reports with unique names in a directory of
my choosing.

Does anyone have some insight on how I might accomplish this?

You might want to look at the MS Access Tools available from ACG Soft
http://www.groupacg.com/. There are times when buying a 3rd party tool makes
much more sense than programming your own.

I don't own the product but it looks like it might meet your needs.
