Report on upcoming dates

I'm not sure if this can be done but I would like to run a report that shows
all of the employees that a '90 day eval' coming up in the next month. I have
the date of the eval entered into my data base and i am hoping their is a way
to just show those people with an eval date in the next month or two months
coming up.

The criteria under your eval date would be...

Between Date() and Date()+30
