In previous versions of Excel I have always used the Report Manager
add-in. Is it possible to use it in Excel 2003? If so, where can I get
the add-in from?

See the thread here for how to download the RM for 2002 and use it for 2003.

Note some of the difficulties with the installation on 2003 and work-arounds.
