Report Height limit

On section of a report is limited to about 22 inches tall. You can work
around the limit by creating multiple sections.

1. With the report open in design view, open the Sorting And Grouping dialog
(View menu).

2. In the dialog, select your primary key field. In the lower pane of the
dialog, choose Yes beside Group Header and also Group Footer. Access will
add a gray bar above the Detail section (for the header) and another below
the Detail section (for the footer).

You now have 3 sections, and each can be 22" high. Since the primary key
value occurs for every record, this group header and group footer are
printed for every record, so it gives you 66" per record.

3. If that's not enough, repeat step 2, by selecting the primary key again
on the 2nd row of the dialog, and creating another header and footer. You
now have 5 sections, and you can keep adding more group header and footer
sections based on the p.k.
