Report from multipul queries

How do I create a report from info from multipul queries?
I have a monthly scrap report and want to do one with all
the past monthly reports. In other words...a year to date
report. Any help would be helpful.
 
Normally this query would be filtered dynamically based on user input. You
should be able to change the user input to include more than one month.
