Prompting for a report

Hello all.

I have a report in Access that has several 'sub' reports. That part is
working great. The part that is frustrating me is displaying the date of the
report. I usually use the Text Box and type 'Month and Year' so that the
operator is prompted and types in the month and year of the report.

This usually works when I am just using one query and no sub reports.

My question...how can I have Access prompt for a date (or any input) on a
report that has sub reports?

Use a form to enter the 'Month and Year' and then keeping form open all
objects can get the information.
