Report Format

I am stud with how to make my reprot more presentable.

I have created a query connecting data from several
tables. Typical entry is as follows:

Officer case date visit company Purpose
A1 12.12 01/03/2002 XYZ Res
A1 12.12 02/03/2002 XYZ Res
A1 12.12 03/03/2002 XYZ Res
A1 12.12 05/03/2002 XYZ Sur
A1 12.12 09/03/2002 XYZ FNC
A1 12.13 01/03/2002 XYZ Ext
A1 12.13 02/02/2002 XYZ Ext
A1 12.13 09/03/2002 XYZ FNC
A2 12.12 01/03/2002 XYZ Res
A2 12.12 02/03/2002 XYZ Res

A2 12.13 01/03/2002 XYZ Ext

Is there any way that I can modify the report setting
such that it can look like

Officer case date visit company Purpose
A1,A2 12.12&12.13 01/03/2002 XYZ Res&Ext
02/03/2002
A1 12.12 03/03/2002 Res
A2 12.13 03/03/2002 Ext
A1 12.12 05/03/2002 Sur

From your example I am not quite sure as to what you are
trying to accomplish.
For one it appears you want to omit printing repeated
data. This can be done by setting the textbox property
format "hide duplicates" to yes.
If you wish to group the report by date or any other data
field, you can do that in the report grouping and sorting.
Let me know if there are more items you like to accomplish.
